All items are handmade and purposed to vary. Therefore the description on the item page has been made as accurate as possible. Please contact me, if you have further questions about any piece or requests.
RETURN POLICY
All items from Keshi keramik webshop can be returned, refunded or exchanged within 30 days after purchase. Contact me within 14 days of the date of your purchase and provide me with your order number, what item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Please note that in order to receive a refund, the customer is responsible for the item(s) to be in the same condition as when they were upon receipt. When I have received the item(s), your order amount will be returned to you. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped with DAO, GLS or Post Nord within Denmark. Delivery to other countries depends on possible shipping methods. If you have a request for a shipping method, please contact me.
